Museum Monday #50

Monday. As usual. Apparently Museum Monday too, and this week it will all be about arcades, or, to be more precise, about arcade history. So, uhm, visit the impressive Arcade-History website and browse through 10,000+ coin-operated video games ranging from Pong to Dance Dance Revolution. You'll learn stuff, you will...

  3. Not that I'm bragging or anything (and I don't remember if I had mentioned this to you in one of our email exchanges), but I started and used to maintain the Arcade History Database for MAME and Retrocade. Once I ran out of time, I turned it over to Alexis and he totally ran with the concept. And I think it's really cool that you mention and link to the site, as it's a HUGE resource for classic and modern arcade game information that every gamer should check out and contribute to if they can.

And I just noticed that Alexis mentioned my name in his interview with Coinop TV. Something to be proud of, I suppose :)

  5. I loved Alien VS Predator. I always used to pick Lt. Kurosawa. (I had a thin about picking female characters in beat 'em ups). Great game.
